Some People's Treasure

Mom, wee one and I went to one of the "antique" malls on Wednesday.

I was actually looking for something to use in my display when I do Boutiques or home shows.

Thought to take my camera
{so glad I did}

and share what "treasures" were for sale!

This old "Coke" gas pump read $.28 cents a gallon.
{I just paid almost $4.00 a gallon today!}
Tons of old beer cans all in a row.
{I'd never even heard of half of them!}

Wee one spotted a cool John Deere tractor and really old
hobby horse.

Plenty of SCARY clowns if you're interested.
{me not so much; I will have nightmares just from taking these photos!}
Seriously......who would own these???

And here's "The Last Supper"

recreated with creepy mannequine's.
And a picture of "The Last Supper" just in case you didn't know WHAT THE HECK
you were looking at!
{you HAD to see this in person!}

As if I wasn't terrified enough; I came across this dandy.

Let the nightmare's commence!

What little girl wouldn't want one of these dolls?
{isn't she sweet with her fangs and bloody face}

The bottom of the box says..."I Sleep with Worms".
How lovely.

I'm gonna need therapy after this adventure!

I did manage to find something to use for my display.

It needs a little elbow grease.

I'll share the before and after pics soon.

Stay tuned!

Unreal! I guess there truly is something for everyone in this world. Don't think I want to be friends with those people, though.... shudder. Lori

My uncle has that clown bank where you put the coin in his hand and he basically eats it... it weighs a TON, and I agree, it always creeped me out as a child.
