I was excited to receive a box of Fiber One 80 Calories, Honey Squares to review from General Mills and My Blog Spark.


Especially when the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Fiber is age; oh and the taste....tastes like cardboard!

However, not in this case.

I was pleasantly surprised.

Fiber has come a long way in regards to foods. And Fiber One has a complete line of delicious foods from snack bars, yogurt, cottage cheese and cereal.

I'm here to talk about Fiber One 80 calories.

I'm a girl that can eat a bowl of cereal any time of day.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and usually it's my go to for late night snack.

And on top of that, did you know that I have a sweet tooth.
Pretty sure my daughter has inherited that from me!

Anyway....

Fiber one 80 calories, is light honey flavor that will satisfy your sweet tooth, while also giving you 40% of your daily fiber, which gives you that full feeling, curbing hunger which in the end is going to help you manage your weight.

I see this as a win, win!
